Celine is a master of the Heraldic Arts, one of the more powerful melee mages on Expel. She is proud of her talents (and her body) and exploits both in her never-ending quest for treasure and excitement. A sometimes con-artist, she convinces Claude and Rena to go with her on a quest to find a rare, valuable text, but her greedy ways soon become naught when her home Mars Village comes under attack and her father is mortally wounded. After the crisis is averted though, it doesn't take long before Celine hears the breezes calling again...
Celine is a very arrogant, prissy woman. She loves money, jewels, money, gold, adventure..oh, and of course, money. She starts out being cool and aloof, but soon proves herself to be a loyal friend once her trust is earned. She also has an interesting love life. She is Bowman's ex-fiancee, and has a fling with the prince of Cross. She also tries to catch the attentions of Ernest and Claude. She finds Dias to be too stuck up, and is not too fond of kids, as she tries not to deal with Precis or Leon much.
Celine is the most powerful mage in the game, and is the first character you come upon who can hit multiple enemies. You can choose not to recruit her, but doing so doesn't affect the game's outcome, and really only leaves you with a much harder quest. She is also the only one who can learn Meteor Swarm, the game's most powerful spell, in the Cave of Trials. You can recruit her after you speak with the King of Cross. The skills she tends to be most proficient in are Art, Alchemy, Compounding, Metalworking, Musical Talent, Pickpocket and Reproduction.
