Fukuyama Kazuharu

One of the biggest perverts ever in all of anime. An extremely arrogant, rich male who has a fear of males. When he touches men he breaks out in a rash (similar to Yukinari touching women) therefore he wears white gloves all the time. He has a crush on Koyomi, which he makes very clear, although his eyes (and hands) wander to all the girls.

In the Second Season his love interest changes over to Kirie, and alot of his attitudes and actions begin to change. Just have to watch it to see!
