A member of Anti-Cross who owns the grimoire Celaeno Fragments which summons the Deus Machina Lord Byakhee. It appears that Claudius has a summoning power over winds which he uses once he is first introduced and later when he attacks Kurou in attempts to gain control of Demonbane to enact revenge for the death of his friend Caligula.
