Chiffon

Chiffon is a full-grown cat woman with a very big chest. It's quite possible that because Taruto and her friends buy into "with age comes knowledge" saying that they ofteh go to her for answers to questions, not wondering what might happen if she doesn't have them. She's bookwormish and always goes into techinical explainations whenever Taruto and her friends go to her for advice. Chiffons' owner is also a bookworm and talks to her about all the books he reads, which is most likely how and why she's so smart. She also can see through the inept Rakugans' buffed-up status, as he is clearly all talk. Perhaps they're brother and sister.
