He ends up figuring out that he is actually Mikoto's older brother. Hes got two different personalities towards the end of the series.

A very charming young boy he is the co president of Fuka gakuen. He comes from a very rich family with many connections. Is he know about the HIMEs... i doubt it he looked pretty shocked when Mai used her powers to protect Him...
