Jinnai Katsuhiko

Jinnai is the madman in charge of the Bugrom. He acts like a very evil villian, but with a slice of insanity on the side. All he is concerned about is getting revenge on Makoto and ruling all of El Hazard. He receives the power to talk to the Bugrom when he got transported to El Hazard.
