Chikane's personal maid. Once Himeko is taken into the mansion, Otoha immediately forms a disliking her claiming that she's selfishly taking Chikane away from her. She presents herself as nice and helpful, but behind Himeko's back, she hastily notes down the things she can use against Himeko.

A maid of the Himemiya household, Otoha is espcecially devoted to caring for Chikane. She dislikes Himeko, for some reason, and likes to note not-too-complimentary things about the girl in a notebook with lots of red ink and hard writing. She's aware of Chikane's feelings for Himeko.
