Minamoto no Yorhihisa

Self-proclaimed Akane's personal bodyguard, very professional and skilled with the sword. He does not express his feelings and comes across as cold most of the time. Yorihisa is a gentleman but always gets on Tenma's nerves because he is more controlled and skilled and always seems to be the one protecting Akane no matter how much Tenma tries to do the same.

He is one of the Hachiyou. The god he represents is Heaven Green Dragon, which pearl is on his left ear.
