Eisen

Eisen (Prince Eisen) is the brother of the Emperor and around the same age as Akane. He's musically inclined, playing the flute. Because he seems to take an interest in her, Tenma doen't like him, which is probably worstened by him being very gentle hence girlish to Tenma.

He is one of the Hachiyou. The god he represents is Earth Turtle God, which pearl is in the palm of left hand. He has the ability to control water.
