Correction, his name is Andou Tsubasa. He is Mikan's sempai (upper classman) a 14 year old in the middle school section of the institute. He is usually seen with Harada Misaki (she is in the same grade and they are good friends). Their Alice's are revealed in episode 7 and 11. These two are very kind and laid back, they are also in the same "Alice type class" as Mikan (which you will learn more about in the series).
