Skuld is Belldandy's younger sister, a Third-Class Goddess from heaven. Her sheer inventiveness and proficiencies with everything mechanical more than make up for her nil magical abilities. She has a deep dislike of everyhing mechanical that is very simple and can be created easily.
In the Ah My Goddess OVA, Skuld followed her sisters Belldandy and Urd to earth after being left alone in Heaven. There, as she was in Heaven, she gets into frequent fights with older sister Urd. She acts as the antagonist to Keiichi and Belldandy's relationship out of jealousy, and always tries to convince Belldandy to return with her to Heaven.
