Misa is the only girl in 2-A to have a steady boyfriend, but doesn't seem to mind looking towards the future at him as a possible "hot boyfriend". She wants to "educate" him in the ways of being a boyfriend to anyone and is rather fun-loving like her friend Shiina and also a cheerleader. She's recognizable by her long purple hair.
In the anime;
She mainly shows up in cameos practicing with Sakuro and Shiina or cheering on her classmates in their endevours and posed as a tan girl in a sailor fuku while she was spying on Konoka and Negi while they were on their supposed date.
She doesn't really change or get special powers as Negi's partner.
In the manga;
Misa noted that the cheerleader uniforms were like fanservice when Negi accidentally saw Shiina's panties. She may have also been one of the many furries Makie used for her resturant idea in a school festival.

One of the cheerleaders who also adores Negi. During the "tour" Fuka and Fumika were giving their teacher and hearing that he saw Shiina's panties, she simply repsonding that their uniforms "aren't meant to discourage staring."
