This Chinese student has been compared to Kaolla Su in terms of strength, but not smarts, as she is a Baka Ranger. KuFei doesn't often flirt with Negi much in either the manga or anime or even seem to have much of a romantic interest in him, but blushes badly at the thought of kissing him. She loves a good fight and often takes up a challenge willingly.
In the anime;
She first appears challenging Chao to a fight after serving Negi. Then introduced as a Baka Ranger. Her third role as a girl in a kissing contest tracking him down. Fourth fighting an army of demons summoned by Chisuaga. Final was becoming a Pactio partner and killing a fair number of demons in Asuna-chan's past.
In the manga;
Kufei seemed rather suggestive in her putting words in Negi's mouth in an embarassing incident for him personally. She also implied she would like to have him for a son-in-law (a Ranma reference to Colonge) and is currently teaching him Kung Fu, though Ayaka thought he was asking her out on a date.

Kufei is like Koalla Su from Love Hina, except her physical strength is greater than her brain power. She is called a Baka Ranger--in Japan, "Baka" means "Idiot"--and seems to be embarassingly proud of the title. This girl comes from China but doesn't get an accent until much later. Kufei has a crush on Negi and will willingly tease and flirt with him on any given occassion. She is so strong that anyone who tries to take her on in hand-to-hand is almost assured to be defeated. Kufei gets a contract card after the night of Asakura's Kiss Contest idea, but it's illustration of her is awful, to say the least.
One weird thing is that she actually likes to think Negi's a pervert along with Makie, Shina, and Fuka and Fumika so she can tease him about it. While in the wierd place called Librairy Island, poor Negi happens across her, Makie, and Kaede while they're bathing and before he can get away, Kaede grabs him and holds him up for the younger two to giggle over how fast he's maturing. When Negi says he has no interest in them, Kufei and Makie put words in his mouth before he finally gets away before they can have some "fun with him". In those terms, she's a little perverted herself.
