Minamoto Shizuna is the school nurse for Mahoro, and is an apparently well loved member of the faculty all around. A good friend of Takahata Takamichi, the teacher who once taught the class that Negi does now, she places herself in a position to be of help and support for the young teacher, but ends up taking on only a minor role in the anime.

Shizuna is a very well endowed woman who seems to be involved with Takahata in both the manga and anime. She's a nice woman.
In the anime;
She seems to know full well about Negi's liniage and takes on the duo role of being his advisor on how not to compare his predecesssor Takahata and also the head nurse of the clinic. Shizuna seems closer to Takahata in the anime than in the manga.
In the manga;
Shizuna doesn't really seem to play much of a part and whether or not she knows Negi's a wizard isn't said.

Shizuna, like Takamichi, seems to be a little oblivious the the bigger picture of what's going on in the lives of the students. She is Negi's advisor in the manga, but in the anime she works as a nurse in the clinic. Mostly she doesn't appear unless Negi needs her council, but she doesn't serve much more of a purpose.
When trying to find out who confessed her love for Negi, a certain reporter impersonates this woman in the baths at the same time as the pint-sized mage and asks him to show her some of his magic, using the disguise full to her advantage.

Shizuna is the health representative of the school. She's also Negi's advisor but she doesnt appear very offend like the Manga.
