Cindy Manabe is the only 18 year old member of the vehichle squad.Cindy speaks in broken English but in Episode 25 of gokujou seitokai while trying to save Minamo,she spoke fluent japanese and stunned the others.It was later said that her Mom(Sunday Manabe)told her not to use it.Cindy relly likes Pucchan very much because of his cuteness.
