Anegasaki Tae is first introduced as a young woman who looks after Harima after he left his home because he found out that Karasuma Ooji is the one Tsukamoto Tenma loves and on top of it Karasuma is the Mangaka Harima adored. Harima introduces himself as "Harima Hario", his pen name, and this is the name that Tae uses to refer to him throughout the series. Throughout this arc, she is not identified by name; Harima refers to her as "Onee-chan." Tae understands Harima's problems because she has gone through something similar. She is a very kind person, but a little bit dreamy, it seems. She seems to have a great deal of affection for Harima.
Tae is reintroduced in Chapter 72 when she finds work as the school nurse. Her gentle demeanor and psysical beauty make her popular among the students, especially the guys, and Yoshidayama Jirou seems to have a particular fondness for her. Willing to go out of her way to help her students, she volunteers to sponser the girls' basketball team, though her understanding of the game itself is rather poor.

A kind-hearted girl. Young nurse at Yagami High School. Since she works here, more small accidents are increased, because men are injured themselves to be under her care.
She's the girl who comforts Harima when he was depressed seriously.
