Van is an armor pilot who is after a guy who has a claw for a hand. The reason for it is that the claw hand man killed Van's fiance when they were going to get married. So he is out for revenge. While on his adventure he meets a girl named Wendy and continues his search with her looking fo the claw hand man since Wendy's brother was also kidnapped by him. Along the way several other characters are introduced and help out Van in successfully saving the world and killing the claw hand man.

a tall, skinny traveler with a powerful Armor who travels from town to town searching for something (or someone). He likes any kind of food with every dressings and flavours on it. He may not be much but due to pasts, he walks around with a sluggish-mope look on his face. Very dense and carefree. His alias are also "Stell Van" and "Van of the Dawn".
