K is a American, gun-slinging{the guns he uses are harmless} manager in NG!! He was originally introduced as the manager of Ryuichi Sakuma-san, but then he became the manager of Bad Luck!

Bad Luck's new manager. Brash and bold, K is one of the best managers out there; and he does whatever it takes to make sure his clients succeed. His methods are extremely unusual and he's not above playing dirty, whether it's brandishing his pistols at his clients, or working behind peoples' back in order to motive them in more psychological ways. K was originally Ryuichi Sakuma's manager for his solo tour in America. After Touma fires Mr. Sakano, K replaces him as Bad Luck's manager. K insists that Shuichi will pass Ryuichi to become an even bigger star.

Sakuma Ryuuichi's ex-manger and Bad Luck's current manger. K is 36 years old american ex-head of the Secret Service. He has a wife, an actoress called Judy Winchester, who is 32, and a son Micheal who is 5 (In the Manga)He's very intimidating and uses his guns to force people to look his way and gets what he wants at the end...

He loves guns and he's obssessed with beating Ryuichi Sakuma. He's always seen with a gun held up to A) Hiroshi's, B)Shuichi's, or C)Fujisaki's forehead. Si literally, he scares the crap out of everyone^^

He is the present manager of Bad Luck. A very important character in a couple of episodes. He will do anything in order to acquire popularity for the band.
He is VIOLENT, and by that I mean he carries a gun eveywhere he goes, and he thinks that by pointing someone with it, he will get what he wants. He even threat Yuki, which fell to his demand...
The first time he appeared, he acted like he was going to kidnap the band...hahaha a very funny scene. He has been a good manager so far.
