Second Lieutenant Jean Havoc is one of the military officials in central. He is somewhat of a chain smoker and is rarely seen without a cigarette somewhere near him. He has horrible luck with women, as depicted in episode 37 when the other officers attempt to find him a date. He is very laid back and has a habit of backing out of any seemingly difficult assingment.
