Fuhrer King Bradley would have to be the happiest character in the whole Fullmetal Alchemist series. Though he is the most powerful man in Edward & Alphonse's world, he is still very calm. His secretary, Miss Douglas, is the Homunculus known as Sloth. I just don't know if he notices the danger around him.
