Nago no Kami

Nago was the king and god of the boars. He was shot and wounded by Eboshi and is driven by rage and hatred into becoming a demon. His demonic form attacks Ashitaka's village at the beginning of the anime and his curse is passed to Ashitaka when it touches his arm. Ashitaka then slays Nago with his bow to save his village.
