She was orphaned so she was raised by the Company.When she grew up they trained her to be a Compromiser, one who makes deals to keep the peace between vampires and humans.Only with the premission of a Compromiser can a vampire enter the "Special Zone,"which is a haven against a disaster which happened 10 years ago, many people turned into vampies or died and there was chaos and panic everywhere. Then a group of people created the Company to stop that from happening again.One day at the beach she saw Jirou and Kotarou and saved them. Kotarou fell into the ocean when the boat they were on exploded, Jirou saved him even though water weakens him.Mimiko helps them but Jirou is just using her lol. O_o
