Kaede's Kikyos younger sister, she looks older then Kikyo because Kikyo hasn't aged in 50 years! She also helps heal some of Inuyasha's pals. But that's Kagome's job.

She doesn't look like it but she is actually the younger sister of Kikyo, Kikyo haven't aged in 50 years because of her death so she looks older.
