Iba Istuki is the president of Astral, a company that rents out magical services. Iba inherited the company from his father, Tsukasa. Itsuki is best described as "stupidly kind". He tries to be nice to others regardless of the consequences to himself. Aside from this, he appears to be somewhat cowardly and lack a backbone since he sometimes even questions himself if he is fit to be the president.
Iba, despite being president of a mage company, is not a mage himself. He posesses an extremely rare ability, "Glam Sight". His right eye is covered with a patch to seal this ability. Glam Sight allows him to see anyone's, and anything's, magic abilities, including magic itself. This also let's him see a person's emotions and thoughts. He tries to not use it since it wears away against one's sanity. Supposedly, his eye can control the flow of magic too, instead of just being able to see it.
