Elie is a 16-year old girl that Haru encounters at a casino. She seems to look like Resha Valentine who created Rave using the magic power Ethelion. Elie lost her memories somehow and all she can remember is her name. She didn't even know that she has the power of Ethelion until Sieghart, the element master told her and even attempted to kill her several times before. Together with Haru and Plue, they set off to find the pieces of Rave and restore her memory.
