One day, Simon is in the Lagann and falls down a slope. Shortly after he recovers, he sees someone push a box off a cliff opposite him. Inside that box is Nia. She is a sweet, naive girl that asks a lot of questions. She is also the daughter of the beast king, who abandoned her for wanting to reason with humans.
However, Nia may have something more sinister behind her...
