Arvida was seen in the first episode and one of the episodes whereas she helped Bachi the Pirate Clown to get revenge on Luffy. Arvida was the captain of a pirate crew of thinks she is always the best. She has a slave named Coby, who is always shy and inconsiderate. He has a dream to join the marine but he just doesn't have the courage. Luffy had Arvida heat him, and even use her club, smashing it on Luffy's head. But it was no use, Luffy was made out of rubber. He used a rubber gun and lifted her out into the sky far far away, and so then he was the first person to ever beat Arvida. Arvida used to be an ugly, old fat lady as Luffy had just claimed when Arvida asked a moment before, "Who is the most beautiful person of the sea?" Haha, that was funny... but after that happened, she ate the Slipping fruit of the Gum Gum Tree and it could never be touched because it was so soft.

He is Luffy's tough female opponent, a very strong and intelligent woman who seek reveange to Luffy!

Arvida is the first villian of the series and lives up to her role. She is mean, loud, abonoxius, and overbearing but compared to Don Creeg, Kuro, Buggy and some other of the evil pirates, she is byfar the weakest. She's also butt-ugly and fat and orders ger crew to tell her how much of "a knock-out" she is to secure her overly-healthy ego. Even if she couldn't hold a candlestick to Kuro or Creeg she bosses her crew around with her constant yelling and giant club, as Coby once said, "She knows how ta use it"; it's patterned with spikes to make it extra dangerous. When she is beaten with one punch to the gut by Luffy it takes her a long time to reappear with the supposedly dead Buggy and after learning they both have the same enemy joins him. She also eats some accursed fruit with makes her as drop-dead as she always told herself she was.

The second Arvida this time is really beautiful as you can see ...
After her terrible defeat, she eats a Devil's Fruit (Alabasta) and transformes into this sexy lady ...
She also gets much stronger as her skin becomes untouchable because it's so soft !
In order to take revenge on Luffy she joines forces with Buggy the clown.
(Somehow one should be allowed to post more than one review/picture ... maybe max 2 or so!)

Well, actually there are 2 "Arvida" !!
The first one is Luffy's first enemy on his long , endless journey...
She is incredible strong and the most beautiful women in the world ... *cough*
Well, at least thats what she want her crew to believe! ^^
In fact, she is fat, ugly, loud, and -of course- weak !
Her weapon is a spiked club ...
However, Luffy blows her away with one punch... ^^
