Sanji lived with some cooks on the sea. He was determined to find a place called ALL BLUE, since there was the NORTH,WEST,EAST AND SOUTH BLUE. The cooks told him about it, but since he was still little he believed everything they told him. They insisted it was a joke, but even to today, Sanji is still determined to find ALL BLUE. What is the reason of joining Luffy's pirate crew? Sanji said he is determined to find ALL BLUE...and even some pretty girls along the way.Sanji uses his beloved hands for cooking, so he only uses legs to fight because he's scared his hands will get hurt and he will not be able to cook anymore.

As a child, Sanji cannot cook and fight yet. (Unbelievable, heh? ;)
But his dream is still there : to find ALL BLUE...
He lives on a big ship and helps there in the kitchen...
However his life dramatically changes when Red Leg Zef , a pirate, and his crew arrive and take everyone hostage ...
Since Sanji doesnt want to end like this, he tries to attack Zef but fails (of course).
Suddenly a huge wave strikes the ship and Sanji is blown away but Zef immediately jumps into the ocean to rescue him... Unfortunately a huge wave strikes again and the whole ship sinks ...
Because of that Zef looses his leg but saves Sanji!
After the storm, they find shelter on a high rock.
Since there is no vegetation and because its to steep to fish, they have to life there with only a little bag of food!
Zef decides to give everything to Sanji (but he doesnt say it directly) and to look out for ships ...
So they have to starve until -after about 40days-a ship finally arrives and rescues them !
After that Zef opens a restaurant on the ocean and Sanji works for him ...
