She has been classmates with Tomo since grade school. Despite constantly being verbally picked on by Tomo, the two get along fairly well. Koyomi is somewhat self-concious and tends to worry about her figure.

she is also called Yomi for short, and viewers would sorta get the idea that she and tomo have a hate/love best friend relationship. Yomi is always worried about her weight and Tomo makes fun of her for that, Yomi also has a lot of logic towards tomo's idoitcy

Koyomi or Yomi,unlike the others is closer to being normal.She and Tomo have been friends since elementary school.She is a confident girl but one thing bothers her...her weight.She is constantly going on diets so she won't get fat.Sometimes Yomi has a bad temper (especially around Tomo) when she is annoyed.Other than that she is generally a kind and heart-warming friend.
