Kotegawa Yui

She is a member of the disciplinary committee of the high-school which Rito, Lala etc, attend.
Overly-serious and righteous, she's constantly endeavouring to amend the situation and ennoble the atmosphere, although by and large her attempts are unsuccessful.
She often cites Yuki Rito as the cause of alot of the trouble, and has a fairly low opinion of him, believing him to be a pervert, for one.
She is also aware of the fact that Lala, and other key female characters are too often, at the centre of the commotion (what she doesn't seem to realise, is that she, inadvertently tends to be too).
