Tina was born in the United States, but spent the majority of her life in Hakata, a ward in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. She attends the same school as Kaoru, and was the one to get him to join the photography club, which she is also a member of. She moves into the servant house that Kaoru is staying in because she had no place to stay after returning to Japan from a year-long trip around the world. She has a habit of grabbing and rubbing female's breasts, which most people find very uncouth. She is loud and outspoken and very protective of Kaoru when it comes to Mayu. She is also very fond of drinking. She has a white pet ferret, named Uzume, which most of the cast finds very cute, except for Miyabi.
In many respects, Tina is one of the more deeply developed - and somewhat tragic - characters of the show, despite her ditzy behavior. Being an American, and yet having been raised in Japan, she is constantly haunted by the fact that she can never truly fit in either country. When she left Japan to attend high school in America, she explained that she was unable to fit in there because she was culturally Japanese. But she also realizes that she can never truly fit in Japan either, because of her appearance. Tina wishes that she had been born Japanese, so that perhaps she would have a better chance at winning Kaoru's heart.

Tina Foster is an American born girl who has lived in Japan for most of he life thus adapting to the language and culture. She has a "secret" crush on Kaoru (it is pretty obvious though...). She goes to the same college as Kaoru and Taeko. She is the funniest character in the show and is kinda like a role model to Chika. She does have a few bad habits, too. For one, she is a very heavy drinker and tends to fall asleep on the couch with beer or something in her hand. She also has a very odd habit of fondling other womens breasts... She also really, really seems hates Mayu, I think because Mayu is also in love with Kaoru...

Tina Foster is a spirited girl of 2o years old and long blonde hair. She has known Koaru ever since collge in Japan and, though not clear why, fell in love with the guy and after some time decided to live at the Western Inn with Aoi and the other women who surround him. Tina is a bit of a mystery, since she likes to grope the other girls and is something of a perverted character, though she is NOT that kind of girl, as she sometimes has to tell people she doesn't know. She's actually an American with a great Texan accent.
Although she fights with her alot, Tina even likes Mayu like a little bratty sister and vice-versa.

Tina goes to the same university as Kaoru, and she also belongs to the photo club. She is an American who grew up in Hakata and is bright and outgoing. Still, she can't seem to express her feelings toward Kaoru honestly.
