Once a partner with Joji Ogami, Kyoji's father, Griffith worked on the Nanako experiment, until a falling out between the two occured. A brilliant geneticist himself, he is the one using Kyoji's data to perfect the cloning of the savior for the vatican, but his tests keep failing. Griffth approaches Saint, and asks him to help get Ogami to figure out the flaws in the procedure. Wanting to be known as the greatest scientific mind in the world, Griffith will do anything to reach that goal.
