Description

* This is the first anime released as OVA.

The end of 21 century, the Earth solved various problems such as increase of population and depletion of resources by developing the Moon surface. The mineral resources sent from the Moon revived the Earth, and it promised the human races the prosperity. However, the prosperity stood on the sacrifices of Lunarian, the colonists of the Moon. They were living in a moon city, Monopolis, where located on the back side of the Moon. Therefore, they wouldn't have seen the Earth their whole lives. Scholar, the control section, had controlled their lives thoroughly and deprived them of the freedom for half a century. The young third generations of Lunarians raised in a revolt to seek for the freedom. The war became severe, and the Earthian broke the large relic called Dallos which was worshiped as a god by Lunarians.
