In Bastille, France, the truck of a security companies was robbed by a female thief with a tattoo of swallowtail on her left arm. The truck was carrying the treasure of Bourbons Dynasty. Many patrol cars chased the truck, and Officer Zanigata was there. However, it wasn't only her but Lupin family was trying to steal the treasure. Lupin successfully sneaked into the truck, and he stole the treasure. However, he couldn't contact with Fujiko suddenly, and he was taken away by a helicopter.
Malkovich appeared in front of Lupin who was confined in the cage of a big warehouse. Taking Fujiko hostage, Malkovich blackmailed him into stealing a jewel called "Bull's Eye". Bull's Eye was exhibited at the Grand Bateau Museum. It was a cursed jewel, and all those who had stolen it had been killed.
Lupin broken into the Museum with Jigen and Goemn. Grand Batau Museum had the tightest security system in the world, and the guards were armed with sub-machineguns.
