| Life should be good for young computer genius Joe Takami. He's Chief of Rockford Electronics and his picture was on the latest issue of Time Magazine.
However, when he hacks into the Pentagon's top secret computer system in search of information on a mysterious girl, he uncovers evidence of a secret government experiment. Now it seems that everyone, including his best friend and his personal computer, is turning against him and a ruthless team of high-tech ninjas has him marked for death!
