 Future of AnimeNfo

Dear AnimeNfo community, I hate to do this, but I must ask for help, AnimeNation hasn't sent us payments for advertising since March. I have ran out of money to pay for hosting of the server. So I have to ask the community for donations. Donations will be added to a Thanks page. Thank you.

This month is not a good month for me for donation because I don't have income from teaching (university is closed this month .. so my $440 weekly income is gone..) and I have to use my student allowance and my per diem from the ministry for other expenses ..

***

Anyway I just donated US$20 to you supers. Maybe at the end of the month I will see how much I have left and I can help you some more.

***

Ah .. Damn Doff you beat me for US$10 .. oh well ... little is better than nothing .. I don't want this community to go away at all .. I love it here .. (even though there are so many idiots hanging around on the main site, but the forum and IRC is great) so I'll do my best to help you ..

Sincerely
Charn

Maybe if I could afford to I would.
You know, you're one of the reasons I left this forum, not the main reasons, but one of the contributing factors. I only came back because I missed the forum and I tend to get bored on the net. I just wish you would stop being such an asshole.

We made it! That's awesome! Everyone's contributions greatly helped

Currently the account balance stands at $255.00

It was quite a worry when supers mentioned this problem to me, but I'm glad that the community responded nearly immediately. We have successfully saved animenfo.. now if only AnimeNation would get their act together..

I'll also donate when I get a new credit card.. PayPal doesnt believe I'm me and I can't close my Account because I changed my last name and dont have the account info they want.. I plan on just opening a new account with a new credit card.. I'll hopefully get it as soon as I turn in the application.

That's a thought, but I need like some sort of werid number.. I think i'll ask my bank.. Maybe they'd know.. I did email support once and they still wanted the number.. Maybe i'd get a dumb one that would just close my account without hassle.. But I doubt it..

That's totally what I thought.. But I coudl swear that's not the right number.. Maybe I'll go look again when I log off here.. I swear though when I looked last it was some cryptic number that had to do with like pie and statistics or something..

Yes, I apologize =/
What I have is the HSBC Debit card which uses Maestro (the MasterCard sister) as supposed to Visa Electron. That's why mine works.
