How many songs were there in the serie? 2 opening songs.
4 ending songs.
and that smile smile song in the last ep, and
New Future which has the same music to the 1st ending song.

If you don't include different versions, that's right. There are 2 more versions of 'Eternal Snow.' One is by Madoka (and lasts about 60 seconds on the track) and the other with Takuto (about two minutes long). Both are very good--I wish they'd made them longer!

The EDs for this series are beautiful! These have just become among my top favourites!

Whoa there! Cranston, best case of thread revival I've seen in recent memory!
I have, in my collection, 13 songs from the Full Moon series (some are different versions of the same song).
They are:
1. Confidence
2. Crazy For You
3. Embraced Love
4. Eternal Snow (instrumental version)
5. Etrange (not sure if it's spelled right, but that's the file name as it is when I d/l it)
6. Love Chronicle (instrumental version)
7. Myself (Instrumental version)
8. Myself (Acoustic version)
9. Myself (Meroko's version)
10. New Future (Instrumental version)
11. Nostalgia
12. Sayonara
13. Takuto no Theme

Gotta rave about this beautiful anime. I'll probably rave on for a few days more. I'm tempted to pop the first disc back in and see it all over again!
I've also got the file entitled Etrange.
Which is your favourite song?

I haven't listened to all the songs yet, but of those I have, I think I like Myself (Meroko's version) best.

Meroko's version is kinda cute. But, after awhile, I start comparing her to a screeching cat. Just joking. Her singing's not as good as myco (VA for Mitsuki) but it's acceptable. Mainly, I do like the piano playing which they used for her version.
The 'etrude' thing is actually called 'love chronicle'.

I see. If I don't already have the other songs, I'll go download them later.

Myco's voice was a little too deep for someone who is 12 or 16 as Full Moon for that matter. However the songs were really enjoyable. Ill go grab the DVD sometimes if they dont ruin it with the US release.

I like myself as well but didn't realise there a lot of version. I also like Sayonara. By the way Cranston, is it a good ending? Happy ending?? ^_^

Myco's speaking voice was okay in my opinion. It was her singing voice that truly threw everything out of whack! The deepness of her voice just wasn't as blatantly obvious until Full Moon started belting out "Let's sing a song!"
@Amaryllis
There's another thread discussing the ending. I think the ending was happy, but my opinion is of the minority. Actually, if I recall correctly, my interpretation of the ending scenes was unique. There weren't any, and have not been any, posters which have stated that they agreed with my interpretation. Have a look after you finish.
My favourites, in descending order are Eternal Snow, Myself and Cofidence. FYI, Confidence and Sayonara are bonus tracks. They weren't featured in the series. Unless it's from the special which I don't have.

My favorite two were Eternal Snow and Love Chronicle. Also the ending is definitely a happy one. The Mitsuki regaining her voice, the shocked expression on Takuto's face when he mouthed Meroko's name, and the song played "New Future" all points to that Full Moon had a happy ending. Most reviewers from respectable sites agree. I usually check out ThemAnime for quality reviews and the reviewers there thought it was a happy ending as well. Bittersweet really, but still it was postive.
Btw cranston i went and checked out your take on the ending. Actually that is the most widely accepted theory on the ending. Takuto got his memory back, Mitsuki got her voice and they will live happily ever after.

I love them all. They are all great!
Oh ummm....did they only show that smile smile song once during the whole series? It's good, I gotta listen to it more. Is the real name of that song smile, smile? (I notice that there is already a song called that from the series Love Hina) I can't find it anywhere. =\
