I am not THIS far in the manga yet, but from what I found out Kei convinced other guys and girls to revive people from GANTZ. It was also Kei who found out about third option.

I'm in for the third option. They can die on the street without being hunters (without suits that is) better weapon doesn't necessarily mean they'll survive, and mroe hunters can work wonders IMO.

Remeber the hunt for bird-alien? When middle-grader died? Had they helped him sooner he would still be alived and kicking, and kick he could.

IMO reviving is the best option out there.

But with a better weapon they have higher chance of survival and the missions are getting harder and harder. Fighting with a larger group also has it advantages but I think in the later missions only the strong will survive (Kei, Izumi, Muscle Rider, Sakurai maybe..) and most people will probably die so reviving would be a waste of points. I'd go for the weapon instead or set the weaklings free.

Weaklings can also serve their purpose. Kei wouldn't survive if not the older guy help with the huge dinosaur.

Setting anyone free right now is a waste of points IMO. The reduce their numbers, and if what You've written about memory is true, I would never go for being set free. Why? Because in the street I can be dead just like that. Without SLIGHTEST chance. People are dying just like that, out of blue, because alien happens to be nearby and the hit that hunter was supposed to take missed slightly. Hell never. Without my memory (and even WITH it) I can die clueless, meaningless death.

Only options that should count are revive and better weapon. If they opt for revive - good for them. I'd say go for it and revive more strong ones: like Katou, the middleschooler, the girl who almost kicked Buddha's statue ass (the one who fell for Kei thinking he's cute and died for him), the sniper (he was quite good!). Those guys should be revived. Leave punks and bastards... for ever? :D For later that is... ;-)

Revive that guy who has fallen, and who had psychic powers. Now imagine such team: Kei, Izumi, Muscle Rider, those two with psychic powers, sniper, Katou, middle-schooler with his camouflage. Plus around 6 weaker guys as support, led by the girl who knew kick-boxing.

Doesn't that increase their possibilities of surviving?

I havent even read the manga and I dont really plan on doing so..but this seems interesting.

If it were me, I think I'd just get the hell outta there and live my life...
But if I got used to it, like I became addicted to the adrenalin of killing stuff, I'd go the weapon.
If I met someone sexy and awesomely perfect for me and I liked her and everything and she died (not from being stupid) then I'd revive her...and then get the hell out hopefully with her.

The current question which is on my mind is: What is the manga-ka planning to do next? None of the present people are even close to 100 points - so this 'twist' in the story will take it's own sweet time - another 100 chapters or so...

Till then, what are we going to have? The vampires seem to be WITH the heroes now. The manga-ka better start answering the questions now. It has been quite some time now since anything has been revelaed....
