A close call between Renji and Hisagi, but I chose Renji.

Hisagi is all pretty pretty and cool in design-wise, but he hasn't really done anything impressive. I think he exists solely to look good and to amaze some fan girls.
Renji on the other hand looks cool and has proven himself worthy as a character too. He's not just any rubiish you can stomp upon.
Besides...I'm weak against men with tattoos...
