As for your question, I checked your settings and it seems to be set right. what is the html code in question?

Ok, I hadn't been sure to put the question really ^^; Thanks for moving it.
If everything's' showing up on with my account for you, it may be a problem with my computer, I've been having trouble with the Radio and was talking to the Radio's webmaster about it earlier. So this may be part of whatever my problem with my computer is.
The code was a for a banner I made with pictures of some of my favorite characters from Gundam Seed... and I have the picture loaded on PhotoBucket, I was using a code from them, I generally do, for things in my sigs when I want a picture or something. I'm use to writing HTML Codes, so I though that maybe something was wrong and I needed to change my settings. Sorry for babbling. I'm not sure if my code will work if I post it here or if it'll work but here it is:

well, if all you want to do is to put an image in your signature spot, you can just use the IMG tags. That is in the FAQ, unless this is some sort of animated sig, or a sig that alternates between text and image.

eg:

I should point out that you should read the rules as well, as your picture is too big, dimension wise.

Yeah, I read the rules, I was gonna fix that once I got the HTML worked out-I haven't really gotten my new sig banner done yet, so I had been practicing to see if my HTML worked with the one I already had.. I didn't see the tag in the FAQ section though-I thought it was just normal HTML. Thanks. And no, It's not moving or anything. ^^ Thanks for the help Stick.

ok, now I see the image tag. Thanks again. I must have missed it.
