I think your talking about the part where shes singing. "Lets make something, lets make something, look its done." I dont know if thats correct because I havent seen it in a while. Some fansubs have the song translated if you want to know what it means. I dont think its really a song that you can get anywhere because its probably just a song that was made up on the spot, or its just a cooking song.

Chiyo's song isn't a traditional Japanese song, it's just something they made for the series. And I don't believe that it's any longer than what's in the anime. It is on the second OST (song #34) and they just have the short version they have in the anime.
