 It’s Okinawa dialect. Champloo (I’m not sure its spell is correct) means “to mix various things”. See the school trip episodes of “Azumanga Daioh”

Yea champloo does mean "to mix various things"... they refer to the mix of rural Japan with modern hip hop within the series
