Dammit, I just knew it was from Scrapped Princess, but I couldn't be bothered to flick through all 24 eps again to find a minor character....Plus that screenshot looked way too ghastly to be from a Bones series.

But the character design gave it away. Especially the eyes and hair.

Disagree, looked way too crappy to be from Scrapped Princess.

I think so too. Furthermore, why was there no background?

I think you mean whining. This isn't the 18+ forums.

I can't see anything wrong with the term 'moaning'. I think someone had a bit too much Doujins.
PS Is there a latest pic for guessing? Or is it filtered out by my work lappy.... -_-

Correct.
@fnord
Indeed. Even so, it was answered rather quickly.
Might be time for half-time scores soon, but I'm too busy to count them.

Well, I'm a big fan of the series. Finally something I actually recongised since the OP guess.
Okay, have fun guessing this one. Doubt it will take long.

Correct. Figured you'd be the one to guess it. Your turn, Kenny.

I'd recognize that face anywhere. That male offspring of a female canine.
I'll look up a pic tomorrow morning and post it. Gotta finish checking up the site and then grab a couple hours sleep while I can.
Edit:
Here's the pic. I tried to make it easier by using a lead character that looks distinctive, rather than the other co-lead who looks kinda generic (meaning, like almost every other guy in anime from those old days).
Start guessing.

Nope. It couldn't be any further from that. Definitely not sci-fi.
That was a hint.

Thunder Cats is a cartoon rather than an anime. My comment was actually a pun rather than a guess but at least I got a hint from it. More information to help my google search ^_^

That's correct. Stick, you are officially another member of the "Oldies" club.
I wonder if it would have been more difficult if I had posted a pic of "the other guy whose name is also in the title". He looks so generic-anime-male.

ok, to be honest I had no idea who it was. I only heard of the anime but long ago, and I would never have guessed it. I only used google and typed in what your hint comprised of and it popped up among the results as a joke I didn't actually think it would churn out the answer. lol
I guess it's my turn to post something.
Avalanche should know who this is.

Is that an ostrich or a condor? If it's an ostrich, I think I know who it is.

Ah, then I think I got the wrong bird. Don't know who this is. Doesn't matter, eh? Since I can't participate in this round.
First bird that come to mind was that ostrich in Tide Line Blue. Then I realized he had dark bushy eye brows.

Over 72 hours have passed and we don't have an answer. So is Stick going to reveal who that bird actually was and post another one for us to guess or will someone else keep the ball rolling?

We'll wait for stick to reveal the answer. After that, I'm gonna personally roast that bird for dinner.

I guess I this character was just too vague. Sorry, but when I said avalanche would know, and that it was an (this parts for avalanche) I thought he might figure it out. Or maybe slayer.
Anyhoo, it's:
Quote:
Jatayu, from the Ramayana: the Legend of Prince Rama.
Oh, and don't worry about the bird Ken, shortly after this picture was taken:
Quote:
he was sliced practically in half while trying to save the heroine from the antagonist.
So yeah, If anyone else would like to keep the ball rolling feel free to post a picture in my place.

That figures. I guess, going by your ethnicity (and Aval's and Slayer's too), it's probably something only you 3 would know.
I'll wait a bit until tomorrow. If no new pic shows up, I'll post one of my own for you all to guess.

BAH! Had you told me that it was an epic love story involving monkeys and a kidnapped heroine, I might have been able to take a shot at it! Just epic love does not cut it!

It's good to give others a chance, but it shouldn't hurt anyone if you answer just before the time limit even if you've answered 10 times as much as others, right? Don't hold back too much or we will find more of these kinds of situations.

Do you want to put one up?
