Hey Guys,

I'd like to talk about a new anime in Japan to be released in February 2010 : Gundam Unicorn

Gundam Unicorn is a light novel series by Harutoshi Fukui. The novel takes place in Gundam's Universal Century timeline. The main story takes place in U.C. 0096, three years after the events of Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack.

Story

The story takes place in the original continuity of Gundam, the Universal Century.

The focus is on the year UC 0096, three years after Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack takes place.

Unicorn depicts a new conflict between the declining Federation Government and a reorganized Neo-Zeon movement, collectively referred to as "The Sleeved." The protagonist is a new hero, 16 year old technical student Banager Links, who is drawn into the events of the war.
