There is a Dream cast game? I must see it some time.

As to your second question i would have to say that they didnt put her in there because there wasnt anymore room.

At game it's only an extra char, a new girlfriend .... she teaches Keitaro and promises that he will pass Toudai Exam, but if he and she failed then ... she will Marry him :shock:
It doesn't have any relation with Anime, manga or even other LH games console (there's other at PC and Psx1).
About the picture at Manga, it's diffrent depending how the translator want to put it. At original Manga it contain some adverseteries and merchandise book or music, at certan country it's being filled by one frame selected picture, thats depend on what you read
