Then I did a darned good job, it's been on there long enough to be requested a few times already d-:
Quote: Quote: I never knew there was a Russian version. Are you quite sure?
As sure as can be
Listen to the ending of episode 17 (and a few others, but I'm sure for this one), and you'll notice it's not japanese... Of course to know it is russian you'll probably have to look at the cyrillic fonts.
I can hear it, and you're right. There's no real difference between them but the sung words themselves. I suppose if one version only were to be kept on the site, realistically it might just as well be the Russian version. After all, Origa is Russian. ^_^ Perhaps really big fans would prefer the Russian version even. Personally, I find one just as good as the other, so it's alright with me whatever they do, but, I can agree with the idea of putting up the Russian version.

I have a few suggestions with regards to some songs you could add. But you may or may not want to add them
If you don't mind adding some k-music, it'd be nice to hear Clazziquai. And It'd would definitely be nice if there were more selections by Ken Hirai.

Decade - 11 - Komm Susser Tod (M-10 Director's Edit Version)
can you add this? this is a really good mix of the Evangelion song from the movie. It is from the 10th Anniversary Decade CD. I think it is the song that is played towards the end of the movie where Rei is flying. (Hehehe)

Oh yeah, one song I hadn't heard in a while that I've always loved is Endless History from the Y's Perfect Collection (the ed song for most of the OVA eps.) It's an older style, but, I still love it. And, on the subject of Ys, while it's mostly instrumentals and in a somewhat older style (well, the games were back in the 80s or so, and the anime weren't much newer) a lot of people do seem to like them. Some might be worth putting up.

Thanks
I really hope that you can change your username.. On the main site go to your account preferences and its in the 'Name' text box.. Change it to something a lot shorter please.

Could you please consider adding more Lia/Key songs? Specifically, Natsukage (Natukage), Spica, Hanabi, and Moon. That would be wonderful. I'm a huge fan of AnimeNfo Radio. Thank you so much for offering the best radio station ever.

Here're the first few songs I'd like to see in the database:
Asu no Egao no Tame ni , Yumi Matsuzawa--Gate Keepers intro
(seriously, if the horrendously screechy psuedo-operatic Gatekeepers 21 intro is loaded, so should this)
Junk Boy , Kaori--Maze outro
-Rinbu- Revolution , Masami Okui--Revolutionary Girl Utena intro
truth , Luca Yumi--Revolutionary Girl Utena outro
Toki ni ai wa , Masami Okui (I think)--Utena the Movie
In the Night , Sario Kijima--Key the Metal Idol intro
Watashi ga soba ni iru , Tamiya Terashima--Key the Metal Idol outro
Bomb A Head! , m.c.A.T--Tenjo Tenge intro
Chikyuuji , Yumi Matsuzawa--Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter--Santuary intro
Last Kiss , Tanpopo--Sorcerous Stabber Orphen outro
Kopperia no Hitsugi , Ali Project--Noir intro
Out of curiosity, how tolerant are people of older J-pop and anime songs? For instance, I'd love to hear Ru-Ru-Ru-Russian Roulette from Dirty Pair or Pegasus Fantasy from Saint Seiya on AnimeNfo Radio, but how many would join me in enjoying those? Hmm. If such people are listening in, consider those songs added to the list above, rather than relegated to a footnote.
Thank you for considering my suggestions!

I'm actually like you and don't mind hearing older j-pop/anime songs, some of the one's that come to my mind are around the Bubblegum Crisis OVA series or Saint Seiya (I've heard the music for it, but haven't seen the series ....I really need to though)

Presuming that it's not an Anime or Show block when you attempt it, you just hit the request button next to the song you'd aiming for in the playlist/requests section, or you could opt to click on the song info button and use the other request button located there. Sometimes a song will be unrequestable due to its artist, its album, or that song itself having been played recently, which can be a problem for artists with numerous songs in the database, as they often are pulled up randomly even without requests. Also, I definitely requested a few songs today without first rating them, as I was eager to get them on the list, so rating is not a prequisite for requesting. However, rating a lot is in a way a prequisite for requesting during Anime or Jpop (if those ever come up) blocks (VIP status). I think that covers most of it.

Lovely. Ack...now that I've got the search function working properly, I see that Ali Project's version of Koppelia no Hitsugi and the Tenjou Tenge intro were already in the database. Sorry about that! I was looking things up by artist for a while and was occasionally thrown by songs listed with the series in the artist slot, as is the case for the Noir intro. And apparently I thoroughly lost m.c.A.T in a sea of Maayas. Sheesh, that's rather sad.
Well, I suppose I'll replace those requests with one for the Rose of Versailles intro, Bara wa Utsukushiku Chiru by Hiroko Suzuki and another to be determined later.
