| City Hunter without a female client? No shower scene, no stealing panties, no putting the moves on the ladies, no Kaori punishment, No turning on the cool at the very last minute? Of course that is what we see in each and every episode of City Hunter. Thing is, it's not only what I expect to see whenever I watch City Hunter, it's also what I want to see! But not in this prolonged episode of City Hunter. In Bay City Wars Ryo is teaming up with his buddy Umnibouzu (probably spelled that wrong). Accidently no less, to fight some crazed dictator about whom we learn nothing, and his daughter. About her we know even less. And those two are the deeper characters. Actually that was the whole story in detail. And then it's bullet spraying time till the very end. As far as City Hunter goes this has to be one of the weakest installments of the entire cycle. Bay City Wars has none of the good stuff of the average City Hunter episode, and certainly adds nothing in its place. Bummer.
