| It was really hard to review this anime simply because I've been watching transformers since I was kid. I tried to rate it fairly which was especially difficult after watching it. I don't agree with most reviewers, even though I only saw this dubbed, its not COMPLETELY rancid in view. Sure, the graphics made you gag and the music was cheesey, but the characters and their personalities were done fairly well.
I believe there are two factors that ruined this version of transformers and those are as stated:1) No one wants to see a bunch of giant robots running around with kids, and 2) capture the minicons is like capture the pokemon or capture the digimon...been there done that!
It wasn't aimed for an adult audience so most reviewers dont have room to complain; I'm sure the youngsters loved it.

| As a general rule, I liked transformers. This however, regardless of the age I am when I watched it is absolute crap. This is worse than the bastardizations of star trek or pretty much any series that's a classic. To put it lightly, this is just flat bad. The best two things are the animations and sound... and they're NOT spectacular.

| After watching the dubbed version of this I would have to say that they haven't in fact "ruined the good name of transformers" because let's face it: For modern mature anime standards transformers was garbage anyway. Besides the recycled transformation scenes the animation was HORRIBLE the proportions were all out of place. The characters are black and white as in every transformers series and the story is just repeditive. I see no difference between this and any other transformers series besides Beast Wars (which was actually quite well done).
The only strongpoint to this are the last few episodes were apperantly these people got their acts together and made a decent show, but it was too late in the end as 90% of the series is garbage while 10% of the series is actually enjoyable.

| Despite it's lacking factors, Armada / Micron Legend is still an alright series. The beginnning was lacking in many ways, but things got better later.
Especially the last few eps where great compared to the first few.

| Dieser Anime läuft zwar noch nicht lang hier in Deutschland aber schon nach ein paar Episoden sehe ich mich ausser Stande diese Serie weiter zu verfolgen. Wer sich bei dem Namen Transformers im Titel auf eine Wiederbelebung des Mythos freut wird ganz sicher geschockt sein denn diese Serie ist wirklich nichts was man mit dem Klassiker aus unserer Kindheit in Verbindung bringen möchte. Präsentation, Charaktere (was haben die nur aus Optimus und Megatron gemacht...) und Story sind lächerlich. Legend of Micron gleicht so mehr einem Kommerzprodukt wie Yu-gi-Oh un Co um ein paar Spielzeugroboter mehr zu verkaufen, absolut traurig. Fans des Urgesteins sollten sich fernhalten es sei denn sie sind Masochisten!

| I am trying to save the title but I guess that can"t be done. The story is a bit stupid and pointless and the show just seems to drag on. I guess I like this title a little bit because I don't feel I am ready to start crapping on the transformers.

| They ruined my child hood heroes. This is by far the worst Transformers story ever. The only strong point is the animation.

| This show is filth and defiled my favorite cartoon series from my childhood. Also, the animation and character design are trash. The stories are worse. The kids who pop up incessantly make the show even worse. I'd give this show a negative score if possible.

| I could've cried when I saw this on Cartoon Network. English dubs are generally terrible anyway, but the show was utter trash from the get-go before they sent it over-seas. After watching a couple of eps, I realized how they've managed to defile a grand childhood show and memory. The transforming sounds aren't even as cool as they used to be. They tried to create a story, but it didn't work out. They also tried to bring back some of the coolest 80's cartoon characters from retirement, but that didn't go too well either. Leave the Transformers alone you bastards!

| Well..Transformers RID(Robots in Disguise) was a lot worse.Still there are things that really screw up this show.
The --: Not the best animation, not the best design for the transformers.(and what's with the stupid sidekick kids?!!?...They look like they came out of Digimon...or one of those "new" cartoons).
The ++: Really cool "anime kind" powerups, and powers.(not at the dragon ball level, but, they were aiming for something like that)
