| I'll keep this short and sweet. You have a guy that works for the AV industry (1,000 points for originality) receive three cyberdolls that are all special ordered to look like someone he's known for most of his life.
Anyway, I thought it was a rather original take on the genre due to the setting, and also this could be considered the better series out of the two because it focuses more on the main character instead of the cyberdolls. Sara MKII and Kasumi appearing really took me back, and I must say it's a shame that things had to be held up until the bankrupcy thing blows over. I hope to be able to see the rest of this show, since while shallow in story, it is at least not intelligence-insulting.

| Wow - its been a while since I saw anime this bad. No wonder the distribtor of this ova (Five Ways) went bankrupt. We can only pray that the other 3 episodes never see the light of day.
The humor was stupid, the character designs ugly, and the plot non-existant. The animation quality was surprisingly poor for a recent OVA - most 2003 TV series have higher production qualilty.
This has to easily be the worst of the maid anime I've seen - and I didn't think *anything* could top Nanako. The only good thing about Nanako was that she was a hot-looking character. You don't even get that here.

| A decent anime that will you give a few laughs here and there. I am hoping to see the remainder of the series released soon.

| Did they drop this after one episode? It's been a year since the release, and I've still only seen 1 out of the 4 episodes.
Based on what I've seen, I wasn't extremely impressed with it, and if they're gonna cut it short, storywise it plummets in my ratings.

| Well, something tells me that Cyber Doll May and the gang would be pretty dissapointed with this -_-;;
Ugly, boring, and none of the charm of what made Hand Maid May great. Perhaps if the remaining 3 episodes didnt get canceled the series would have gotten better...or maybe it wouldn't have...

| I don't understand how anybody can judge the whole story of this anime just by the first episode. I certainly never expected the story to unfold before my eyes, but anyways. I expected the story to have something to do with Hand Maid May, but turns out it wasn't. Although it seems like it will have a something that'll like the two because in one of the scenes, they passed by the house of the main character of Hand Maid May, so I believe it hints something there.
Definitely watch it IF you like Hand Maid May.

| Ahhh, Such a beautiful play of words, when i first saw this anime it gave me a smile, "Hand Maid May" sequel called..."Hand Maid Mai" heheh. Such as expected from this animation style, its obvious that the quality of this animation has improved over the previous series & i must say probably better than "G-On Riders" too. Lots of Fan service, this ecchi influenced series decided to stop walking around the bush & erm...get stuck in it. ^_^;
An aspiring director with a dream finds his reality as a Adult Video industry as a third rate director assitant, when his high school sweetheart [platonic relationship of course] now a aspiring movie star demands he hand over all the video footage he filmed of her during those sweet past years. Hurt by her ruthless personality change which hasn't seen her for some years....oh ok so it stars another pretty useless male character reborn once again when super advance Robotic "Maids" appear to nurse his ego & libido to reach his dreams! Yum yum! A must watch for all you Ecchi inclined Otaku's. Its got fan service. ^_^ Can't wait for the other episodes, this has the protential to recieve an "Onizuka-GTO Stamp of Approval" yes yes, robot maids starring in Adult Video always gets in my good books... ^_^

| I must admit I gave up on this anime efter watching the first episode. I expected the story to be fun, but watching it I realized that there was long between the laughs. In short the story is thin to say the least and not that funny. And something else was off too. Something about the cyberdolls. Then I realized it. It was their eyes! They just looked sorta lifeless, inanimate, as if plotting something horrible. I can see it just now, in episode 2 or 3, when the main character isn´t looking, Mai goes into the kitchen and takes a long sharp knife, and then...
All of a sudden we would have us a horror anime and frankly I would welcome it, I think. It would be a sorta From Dusk Till Dawn for anime. Now "that" I would like to see :)

| What a big pile of poo!
After having Hand Maid May's cuteness overcome it obvious fanservice angle, I was looking forward to this one. Don't. It was dumb and spent way too much time being ecchi in a way that I thought was just kinda yucky (what's with all the Cyberdoll's having no backs to their skirts? Even the "youngest!")
If you want the lightheartedness of Hand Maid May, go somewhere else. This one's nothing special.

| Hand Maid May was okay I thought. Nice characters and all. Just a plain fanservice anime that I like to watch every now and then.
But Hand Maid Mai is just weirder. Instead of some guy good with computers, now the owner of a cyberdoll is some weird guy who wants to make AV videos -_-; The plot isn't that appealing, but I'll watch it just for the heck of it.
I'm not that enthusiastic about the outcome of this. Hand Maid May was ok at most, and at least it had Kasumi as a good support character. I'll just have to watch a bit more to say more.

| My God, the the hell happened here? At first it was like I was watching something completely different then Hand Maid May! Oh well, at least for what it is, it's not a "bad" show per se, just no where near as good or memerable as it's predecessor (which was only above average by the way). This is just mindless, fanserviced fun.

| It is a good anime, quite ecchi but a lot like Hand maid may(the title tells all). We see some characters of the previous serie. It is very funny, I like it. After the first episode, I was hungry for more ! A must to see for those who liked the first one and for those who like ecchi funny anime ! You can also check for Mahoromatic !

| Pretty entertaining anime. Evokes a good range of emotion throughout. Amusement, disgust, longing, perversion, etc..
Yes, it's a little perverted, but there is no shown nudity or sex acts. The humor is alright, and there are plenty of visual clues to look for throughout the episode. Characters have good personalities and are pleasant to look at. The animation, while not phenomenal, is very good, with plenty of care taken on the movement of the characters.
I've just finished working on an episode of this for Anbu. Check it out. You won't be disappointed by the quality.

| Seriously lame. Ripped a bunch of stuff from Buttobi CPU (another lame robot-of-pleasure anime). The animation is decent, but the story has been totally screwed over, and if the story blows then (to me anyway) it doesn’t really matter how good the animation is. The only people who will give this anime a good rating are the ones who think robot boobs are exciting.

| After only watching the first OAV, this short series has already established the character and uniqueness of the first series, while providing a greater overall plot than the entire first series did. You can't help but feel for the main character, who is the stereotypical goody-goody guy given a strange and exotic setting: AV!
It has a lot of potential: a lot. And I like the story thus far so we'll see where they take it ^_^.
