| This anime is average. Nothing realy sticks out to me. The main character reminds me a bit of Hikaru from MKR. However, it's been such a long since I've seen it, but I do remember it being quite amusing and just fun to watch. It had nice actions scenes, but it was left unfinished. So it's a short anime and I recommend it for anyone who has spare time, really.

| Another anime that snuck up on me, I picked this up one day and was pleasantly suprised with what I got. Kotetsu is a fanservice title foremost, but nicely combines an interesting enough back story, outlandish (and often sexually charged) comedy, fun and interesting characters, and some quality ova animation in a tight little package. While the the 2 episodes hint at a larger story, the story is sadly cut short. A title for fanservice fans foremost, casual anime fans may not enjoy this one. Mileage may vary.
